Parlor is a collection of chefs coming together to advance the concept of what a restaurant should be. It's a diverse group of culinary concepts, paired with inventive cocktails and craft beer, and celebrate it all in an eclectic atmosphere under one roof. Currently in the Crossroads District of Kansas City, Parlor will be opening in OKC Sept. 2019.

COOP ALE WORKS

23rd STREET ARMORY
Coop has plans to bring the historic Armory building back to its former glory and turn it into a unique and special experience, featuring a state of the art brewhouse, restaurant and taproom, event space and boutique hotel.

NEW STATE BURGERS & SPIRITS

OKC PLAZA DISTRICT
New State Burgers & Spirits, is a new, modern restaurant and bar in the heart of Oklahoma City’s Plaza District. The hospitality-focused burger and bar concept features a 14-seat bar offering a wide selection of local and craft beer options, a classic cocktail menu and wines.

OPENING FALL 2019
Play Cafe is Oklahoma's first cafe + play space where the whole family will feel welcomed, cared for, and catered to. It will include a sophisticated cafe and dining experience and a custom children's play area.

CHALK

CHISHOLM CREEK
A first-of-its-kind restaurant for OKC providing a luxury sports experience with more than 100 TV screens, food and beverages from a variety of Oklahoma businesses including locally-sourced foods. Chalk offers an upscale option when customers come looking to watch their favorite sporting event.

SOCIAL DECK+DINING

23RD STREET
An American restaurant inspired by the Pacific Northwest and international flavors. The cuisine focuses on Simple food done well. Daily brunch gives a casual fun atmosphere using local and fresh ingredients and highlighting champagne and coffee cocktails. Dinner offers upscale flavors in a family friendly and cozy environment.

EVOKE

DOWNTOWN EDMOND
Evoke is a gathering place. Coffee aficionados can keep their caffeine fix fresh with a rotating list of roasts sourced from around the country. Foodies can indulge in a Belgian-style waffle or breakfast burrito for breakfast and salad and sandwich options at lunch. The environment makes you feel like you're on vacation anytime.
